Your team has a hotel to run. Keep guest requests moving from the front desk to the people who can help.

THE WORK BETWEEN THE WORK

A quick reply is only half the job.

A guest asks for help. The front desk replies. But who owns the task, and who checks it was done? The handoff is where service can unravel.

01 /

Capture the request

Turn an approved request source into a clear task and summary.

02 /

Find the owner

Route the task according to the property’s agreed responsibilities.

03 /

Confirm completion

Keep the task open until staff confirm the outcome. Surface anything still waiting.

EXPLORE A WORKFLOW

From “we’ll handle it” to handled.

Start with one guest-request channel and one staff handoff. Make the owner and the completion evidence visible at every step.

VALUE YOU CAN CHECK

Measure the work.
Then decide.

Agree a baseline before the pilot starts. Track the outcome, the exceptions, and the human effort needed to get there.

A SUGGESTED PILOT METRIC

Requests closed with staff confirmation

Track unresolved requests at shift change alongside the staff time spent coordinating them.

Your team makes the exceptions.

Refunds, compensation, room moves, and policy exceptions stay with the appropriate person. The pilot follows the service rules you agree.

START WITH ONE WORKFLOW

Make the next
30 days count.

Scope a paid pilot around a real operational problem. Agree the workflow, fees, limits, and success measures before anything goes live.

  • One property and one request channel
  • One housekeeping or maintenance handoff
  • Manager review for service exceptions
  • A weekly review of closures and staff time

A proposed 30-day pilot after scope and access are agreed. Integration feasibility is assessed first.

Review your enquiry, then send it directly to Lucidrail. Do not enter patient, guest, client, or transaction records.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

Does it replace our property management system?

The pilot is scoped around a specific request workflow. We assess existing tools and permitted access before agreeing connections. No PMS integration is implied by this demo.

Will it promise refunds or upgrades?

The proposed pilot routes these decisions to the manager or role you specify. It does not promise compensation or availability on your behalf.

How do we know a request is complete?

The pilot defines what counts as completion, who confirms it, and where that evidence is recorded. A drafted message alone does not count as a finished guest request.

What does the pilot cost?

We agree a fixed scope, setup fee, monthly service fee, and usage limit before work begins. The pilot is paid; there is no charge to prepare an enquiry.

What happens to my enquiry details?

This page prepares the enquiry in your browser. It does not submit or store the form details on a server. Opening an email draft hands those details to your email app; you decide whether to send it. Downloading saves a text copy to your device. Hosting access logs are separate from this form.
